Synygy Named a 'Most Exciting Emerging Company to Work For' By India's Premier IT Trade Association
Synygy India Pvt. Ltd. announced that it was named, for the second year in a row, one of the top ten exciting companies to work for in a NASSCOM-sponsored survey of emerging IT companies conducted by Right Management India.
The Exciting Emerging Companies (EEC) survey solicited employee opinions from sixty companies on workplace issues such as overall environment, career development, job satisfaction, rewards and recognition, and fairness and equity. The employee results were then combined with the outcome of an EEC diagnostic study of company HR systems and processes and corporate strategic alignment.
